What defines the Intertel Team?

Our team’s diverse set of backgrounds, expertise, and points of view not only make us rich in human resources, but ensures that Intertel is able to deliver creative, effective solutions across an impressive range of technical, analytical and operational disciplines.

We genuinely believe that whatever the problem or issue, we will find a solution - maybe not by ourselves, but definitely as a coherent team. We embrace diversity, challenge conventional ways of thinking, and use our collective intelligence and reason not only to champion new ideas, discover truth and find solutions, but to push into new frontiers and advance the state-of-the-art in our chosen fields.

Intertel promotes a culture of continual learning. Team-members are constantly challenged to learn, to adapt, and to contribute to a wide variety of challenges. We are committed to cultivating a collaborative and innovative working environment - one in which creativity, ingenuity, and determination are valued and rewarded as much as technical skill and expert knowledge.

Recruitment Process

We're not going to sugar-coat it. Our selection process is rigorous and very difficult. Candidates will be required to attend at least two in-person interviews, will need to consent to a background investigation, polygraph test, drug test and may be required to undergo competency and other testing - depending on the position being filled. Employment decisions are based on an assessment of a person's skills, knowledge, professional attributes and organizational suitability. Candidates applying for internships and part-time employment will be subjected to the same selection process as full-time employees.
